This room has 35m2 and is made of a bedroom with a large queen sized bed (180 x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90 x 200cm), an ensuite private bathroom and a separate living area  with sofa bed of 135x200cm. This room is only available for family's with 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age.
